A Scandinavian-inspired lifestyle experience is coming to Maine, and Late Bloomer was invited to be a part of it. We worked with the passionate team at NordHavn Partners to craft a brand identity, messaging, sales collateral, and a striking new website for this eco-friendly community of luxury, modern Nordic cabins, currently under construction.

We immediately fell in love with the property, the vision, and the mindfulness with which the development team approached this sacred space along the Camden coast. With similar care, we crafted a brand identity, narrative, website, and collateral that would help potential buyers see the magic.

Striking a balance between Maine craftsmanship and Scandinavian design

From the logo to the website to the social media strategy, our goal was to mirror the harmony the developers had created between local Maine craftsmanship and “Scandi” design and culture. We walked the property, pored over Scandi design concepts, and spoke to the designers and artisans contributing to the community.


The result is a brand identity that we think captures the shared values of simplicity, reverence for nature, and high-quality craftsmanship that connect these two cultures.

We took the Scandinavian term Lagom to heart. It means "just enough, but no more" and characterizes a balance to design — and life.
